These surface-mount loudspeakers are designed for a wide range of commercial applications, including retail, restaurant and hospitality establishments.
These 16-watt loudspeakers provide coverage both indoors (DS 16S) and outdoors (DS 16SE). Horizontal or vertical mounting options offer installation flexibility on walls and ceilings using a simple 1→2→3 installation system:
1. Wire and attach the bracket
2. Secure the loudspeaker to the bracket with one screw
3. Snap the wire connector into the bracket
An optional pole-mount kit is also available for mounting the DS 16S and DS 16SE to cylindrical surfaces. With an innovative thumb wheel under the front end cap of the loudspeaker, it is convenient and easy to adjust the integrated transformer tap settings. Horizontal or vertical mounting options offer installation flexibility, and the sleek, contemporary styling adds elegance to your environment. Pitch or yaw adjustment directs the sound to where your customers are.
FreeSpace DS 16S and DS 16SE loudspeakers are acoustically compatible with the FreeSpace DS 16F flush-mount loudspeakers and can be integrated on the same loudspeaker line. The DS 16S and DS 16SE meet numerous standards for combination music and evacuation systems around the world when used with the optional junction boxes. They are engineered and tested for demanding business environments, and backed by a five-year transferable limited warranty.
