The DC 5900 F Flush Mounted Discussion Unit has the following main features:

·         Optional connection for LS 5900 F high-quality loudspeaker

·         Fully digital audio transmission utilizing DCS 6000 technology

·         Scrambled audio prevents eavesdropping

·         Up to 250 discussion units can be connected to a single system

·         DCS-LAN daisy-chain topology using loop-through connections or star topology using junction boxes

·         DCS-LAN connection uses CAT 5e (or higher) shielded F/UTP or U/FTP cabling

·         Four microphone modes: Automatic, FIFO, Manual and VOX (voice activation)

·         Support for delegate interrupt mode

·         'Auto Off' of microphones

·         Lockable XLR gooseneck microphone connector

·         Channel selectors supporting floor channel and two interpretation channels
